Everyone is familiar with the sight of the red kettles around Christmas time! The ringing of the bells at every store entrance…donating your spare change can go a long way, especially to making Christmas memorable to the less fortunate children.
In association with the Salvation Army, ZINN has helped to make this Christmas memorable for 2 special little girls through the program “Be an Angel This Christmas”.
4 year-old Andria and 11 year-old Melyssa were among those less fortunate children sponsored by The Salvation Army by offering a list of items the little girls were hoping for this Christmas.
During the month of November, we offered an incentive to the staff to wear jeans to work every Friday with a $5 donation. Thanks to the generosity of the staff of ZINN, we were able to fulfill the wish lists of these two little girls! As a whole, we were able to raise a total of $180 to purchase Christmas gifts for Andria and Melyssa!
