Susan serves as the Commercial Lines Account Administrator for our larger business segment. Susan joined Zinn in 2018 and comes to us with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry as a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. With her friendly spirit and can-do attitude, Susan is a great addition to our Team at Zinn.

Susan was born and raised in Vermont and has traveled around the world as a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Susan resides in Lebanon County with her husband, Patrick (who is also a Veteran of the USAF) and their two dogs, Angel & Anabelle. She loves the outdoors and travel; her hobbies include photography, learning the French language, studying family genealogy, watching baseball, cooking, and baking. Susan has two sons, Joshua (Army National Guard Veteran) and Ryan (active-duty USAF), and two grandchildren, Brooklyn and Wynsten.
