Susan is a licensed agent and has been with Zinn Insurance and the Commercial Insurance team since 1987. In addition to making sure her commercial clients’ insurance programs are in sync with their needs, Susan also coordinates the team’s efforts in embracing the latest technology resources to increase responsiveness in serving our clients – an ever-evolving task. She holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designation.

Susan and her husband, Jimmy, reside in eastern Lebanon County. She enjoys working with the Women’s Fellowship at her church, cooking, and spending time with her daughters and two grandchildren, Brandon and Sawyer.
