Here at Zinn Insurance, we value and appreciate the motivation, determination, hard work, and knowledge that is put into earning a wide variety of insurance designations. Although each designation has its own title, they are all designed to educate agents in specific coverage limitations, insurance practices and law, risk management techniques, agency management operations, and miscellaneous exposures.

Zinn Insurance values the advantages that an education provides and would like you to understand how an educated agent can benefit you! The insurance industry has a constant ebb and flow of information. That information consists of many national and state laws, changing laws, and a wide variety of company policies that could affect the way that you are insured.

As insurance agents, we are responsible for knowing the latest news, rates, and company products that will benefit you! Going to classes, receiving company training, and working towards an insurance designation are just a few of the many ways that the Zinn team works to be the best in the business. An emphasis on continued education is a practical way to make sure that your agent is best prepared to handle all of your insurance risks, both personal and commercial, with professionalism and confidence!

As you may know, our office recently celebrated because Corinne earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Susan and Carolyn also currently hold the title and Robby is working towards the completion of the program. Stephanie and Greg currently hold the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and Marj is working to tackle the challenge. Jon currently holds his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) title. Anne holds her Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation and is contemplating an attempt towards a second!

Because knowledge is power, your agents are working hard to stay in the know, learn the new, and educate you as the industry changes! Sometimes change is good, and sometimes it might not seem very beneficial, but you can anticipate that your Zinn agent is doing their very best to learn the insurance news, so that you don’t have to!
