We are pleased to announce that Donna Jones, one of our Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives, has received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.
Message from Donna: “Although, I had been in the insurance industry for 16 years before coming to Zinn, I was with a captive agency. My company had its own training programs specific to that company. Over the years with my former employer, I had completed all of the trainings and had achieved the highest designation with my company. Through my training and experience over the years, I was confident in my knowledge base of the insurance industry when I came to Zinn nearly 2 years ago. However, I found the CISR program to be a much broader training than anything I had experienced in the past. I can say that through the CISR program, my knowledge of the insurance industry has been greatly enhanced. I am grateful for the support of Jon Zinn and Greg Zinn who sponsored my CISR undertaking. ”
