Meet Our Team
Rich Bell, CIC
Senior Partner
As President, Rich oversees and manages the day-to-day agency operations. He started his career in insurance in 1989 after earning his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. Rich holds the CIC designation.
His favorite part of his job is working with his customers to find the absolute best solution for their insurance needs. Rich is a huge sports fan and is married with one daughter.
Veronica Cuevas
Personal Lines Producer
Veronica joined the team in 2018 as a Personal Lines Producer. Her favorite part of her job is putting the needs of her clients first by listening to them and providing them with a proper solution.
In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling, visiting new places and meeting new people.
Melissa Carbaugh
Personal Lines Producer
Melissa, “Missy,” is a Personal Lines Producer at our Chambersburg office. Prior to joining the team in 2018, Missy worked in child care and retail.
Her favorite part of her job is talking to customers, especially the regulars. She looks forward to their visits each month. Missy and her husband Mike have three daughters, Emilee, Sarah and Abby, and two sons-in-law, Zach and Judson. They also have a beagle named Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband to new and exciting places.

Bell Insurance's normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have sustained a loss and need to report a claim during those hours, please call us at (717) 264-7518.
