Commercial Account Manager/Administrator

Shelby serves as the Account Administrator for our Commercial Lines department, graduating from Kutztown University with her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Shelby joined Zinn in 2019. With her servant’s heart and friendly spirit, Shelby is a wonderful addition to our Zinn Team!

Shelby resides in Berks County with her husband, Scott. They are active with their church and in their community. They enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their dog, Watson.
